Criminal Justice Research and Solutions

TRI believes that public policy responses to this problem need to reflect the unique nature of the issues and problems that confront each drug-involved offender.

Check out an exclusive Q&A with TRI’s Dr. David Festinger and Dr. Karen Dugosh and learn more about our innovative research that offers solutions in criminal justice.
